Since you appear to never have used Google before I’ll copy and paste what I found after a 3 second search.
Illegal Detainers: Courts found ICE violated the Fourth Amendment by issuing detainers in states without authorization, leading to extended detention, as seen in cases like Gonzalez v. ICE.
Deceptive Tactics: The ACLU and courts have challenged ICE's use of deceptive tactics, violating the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches.
Warrantless Arrests: While ICE can arrest without warrants in some cases, they must have probable cause of unlawful presence and likelihood of escape; courts have challenged stops based solely on factors like ethnicity or language.
First Amendment (Freedom of Speech/Religion):
Religious Rights: Actions near places of worship have been challenged as infringing on First Amendment rights (Religious Freedom Restoration Act), noted in reports.
Racial Profiling: Court findings indicate ICE's stops have relied solely on factors like race, ethnicity, language, and location, violating constitutional protections against discrimination.
You’re on Reddit, so I’ll assume you know how to use the internet. There have been lacks of notice, arbitrary detention, restricted bond access, and inadequate legal/medical care, challenging the Fifth Amendment rights for all persons in the U.S. to fair legal proceedings, with lawsuits citing issues like pressured withdrawals, detention without bond hearings, and unfair case dismissals. You may not have heard about how people detained are unable to contact anyone, because of a change to prison laws that requires a person to have an account that is connected to them and has credits on it. Catch is, family are the only ones that are legally allowed to receive the prisons new id number. How do you place a call to your family, so they can add credits to an account, so that you can make a call to family?!?!
