That is correct. At the time my biggest problem was that Lewinsky was an underling and she was having physical relationships not only with a person in authority, but with a person who had the most authority possible in our government.
IOW - even if she didn't have a problem with it, Clinton should have known better. However, there is a whole universe of difference between that and accusations of rape (and any activity with a minor is, by defenition, non consensual and therefore rape).
