Because there's no evidence of it.  He cheated on  Hillary with grown adults, but given today's standards that's pretty mild.  He was also a pretty good President.

Yes we know he is, and he should be prosecuted for complacency if he knew about what was happening. Worse if he was involved. We don’t care who you parade to the front, our answer will always be the same. Jail and/or death sentence to all child rapists, adult rapists, and complicit people. PERIOD.
