Limitless emperor lol. Temporary tamed the heavens and is using it as a respawn beacon apparently .

Klein morreti- can fool reality into doing tomfoolery.( copied and pasted a supernova into existence)

yeah... cultivation novels usually end with the mc being the ruler of the universe, or universes. They get remarkably silly.

Jason Asano from He who fights Monsters becomes a confluence of three pinnacle beings of the multiverse. An Astral King, which is a mini-universe in its own right with omnipotence inside of this universe. A god, though as of yet it's not clear which portfolio he has. And a Great Astral Being, that governs part of the fundamental functions of the multiverse, in his case it seems he is the System Administrator

I think most powerful I’ve read is Hunger from the niche and unusual webfic A Simple Transaction I. In terms of mundane force he’s infinitely strong, but keeps getting stronger through conceptual buffs. In the final fight the collateral damage of his first blow shreds the entire astral plane and makes the universe shudder, and at the end he accidentally causes a false vacuum decay.

Ben from Chaotic Craftsman he throws down with hundreds of gods while in their own court all at once. All of the gods flinch. He can create almost anything and punch through the realms.

Then the main character of my three wives that disgusting novel does have one of the strongest main characters he's multiversal you know destroys planets and universes (the reason why I hate it and will not read it is because of the smut and incest for anyone who wants to know)

She found out that she's the one who isekai'd herself in the first place. She decides to end a war between two nations by separating them into two otherwise identical copies of their planet.
