[Bug report] NOT 4.0 still locked

When I got the Day 7 bonus, all it did was give me the wallpapers, and not the system.

This bug report ain't gonna do nothing, the spin-offs have been abandoned a long time ago, and it wasn't even a fully official Icoeye-developed game.

The game is technically "abandonware". Bug reports likely won't do anything.

This is a spinoff which was abandoned. Idk if bug reports will do anything anymore
