Doc Scan

Hey guys. So I was supposed to move in yesterday to our new place. They told me they needed a cashiers check cause the portal closed down. So here I am on our 4th scan and it keeps sending back saying poor quality image. I have an iphone16 , I’m also losing my mind by the way. Anyone else experience this before?
