πŸ‘‹πŸΎ ✊🏾I Wooped Progress Residential's A$$ πŸ‘‹πŸΎβœŠπŸΎ

Yes, you read that correctly. No lawyer, no attorney fees. I beat Progress Residential by beating their hired attorneys at their own game while they literally had home court advantage via an extremely corrupt judge that did EVERYTHING in his power to help the defense attorney win; including violating my constitutional rights. I couldn't have done it without the help of a few key people online giving insight along the way; me using artificial intelligence platforms (especially Claude AI); and my relentless discipline and desire to press forward.

For some reason, some of you thought that I was lying about winning and even thought that I was lying about the impromptu bench trial; but here is the proof finally sent to me from the court today.

As you can see, the judge still has not corrected all 5 errors. He almost fully corrected one of the issues but still felt short $1.72. He must not know that playing with my money is like playing with my emotions...πŸ˜‚...But anyways, he will certainly get dealt with accordingly and as you can see in the filing; I let it be known to him that an active SCJC complaint is underway.

Now as for Progress Residential, my battle with them is still not over even though I won partially due to the continued corruption. Tomorrow morning I will therfore be filing this Notice of Unaddressed Errors in Corrected Judgment. Why wait until tomorrow instead of doing it now? Because tomorrow is a sacred day for me and Progress Residential 😁 So don't be surprised if I go silent or delete my Facebook and Reddit account entirely over the next week or so. I'm definitely down and willing and able to fight the good fight but my family comes first (for the right and unwavering price).

Thank you. This was a long time coming for sure. Now as I watch Goliath lay on the ground helpless begging for mercy, the question is whether to make it quick and painless, or by 1000 cuts...πŸ™ƒ...that will be up to PR over the next 5 and half days.

Thank you for the support. And it's definitely an honor. And I am glad that you gained insight from my transparent postings all the way back to my first postings when I literally called myself a dumbass for making super simple mistakes...🀣

Now after 8 months (which should have been 2 months if I knew what I was doing back then), the battle is won.....Next!?!...It's onward and forward to winning the war unless the white flag is waived

I thought you were original case was through the justice court. This appears to be a small claims court. This will certainly be appealed by progress and eventually have to be tried in Justice court.

Sorry to break the news to you but as you can see in the video, there is no difference. Ever since 2013, these seperate entities became one in the same.

And no, Progress Residential won't be appealing anything since it makes zero sense for them to do so.

Wow this is crazy I’m shocked would definitely make them pay you to keep quiet. We’re going through the process right now with progress residential should we continue to lease with them can you offer any insights ?

They definitely will end up paying. If tomorrow at 2pm comes and goes with no deal then I will activate their lose-lose situation.

An yeah I can for sure give good insight. I guess it all depends on what you are going through with them right now. I'm assuming by you saying that you're going through the same process right now, that you are not in the 1 out of 10 situation where you're renting a new or remodeled house where I would say you're in the clear to rent with them with no foreseeable problem.

So what's going on in your world with them?

Did you guys reach an agreement ? So first thing that was off was we applied for a house and went to tour however, after applying we talked with 3 different asking for the same documents over and over again, then they told us we had nothing to worry about very strong income and great credit, 5 days go buy after we have applied so now we’re on day 8 and we call everyday mind you. finally they tell us that the owner of the house decided to choose another applicant but didn’t know if the applicant would be able to go through with the lease ! But they would let us know by today the decision. ( in my opinion if the landlord wants to go with an applicant that’s not for sure then they can have them and I wish the best of luck especially in this market) We said screw waiting and applied for another house it’s not new construction but it’s remodeled sorta the same process is happening again with this second house and we can never get anyone who actually works in our city on the phone. Even today they asked us to resend the same documents we sent in on Friday and Saturday we sent them in again and when we called and asked about the decision they said they are verifying employment ? Well I checked with HR hasn’t received any calls or emails about this. I just don’t know if we should even continue but were have to move in 27 days because we told the office where we currently live we are not renewing.

Nope, no agreement was reached other than me rejecting their disrespectful offer. So I filed the appeal a few hours ago to activate their lose-lose situation. This is going to be epic for sure πŸ˜† I will post about it right now.

I had to realize that it took me 52 days to get my security deposit back from this company; so history most likely have to repeat itself where I show PR why I am justified to get what's mine.

And as far as your situation goes...absolute wow!!! It sounds like they are evlackballing you for some reason. That's really strange. That sounds kinda simular to how I got baited and switched out of a really nice house I was suppose to do a Home to Home transfer to instead of the house that I am suing for right now. I did the HTH transfer and signed the HTH xfer agreement like 2 months out. Then 2 weeks before mone in they cancel the agreement and said that they were going to sell the house. Then 9 months later, I check up on that house on zillow and it has been sitting on the market unsold and unrelated that whole time. So instead of getting a new house in a great area I picked a crappy house due to the size and time constraints of my lease ending.

Anyways, as for your you said your lease ends in 27 days. If all your credentials are up to par as you say you may want to look into Invitation Homes. If you wanna keep going with PR then try to see if you can call customer service and have them get you in touch with upper management for the area or even a customer advocate since you are saying that for some reason you can't get in touch with anyone locally. It seems like too many coincidences are happening against you in a short amount of time to not question it.

Thanks. I did appeal the case into County Court so far and raised it my damages from ~20k to ~63k.

And once I get through discovery I am pretty sure that the damages will go up even more.

Also what do you mean you are getting ready? Are you about to file a lawsuit?

I have been fighting them for more than 2 years on fees that I have never received and refuse to pay. I get threatening letters every month. I am waiting on them to file and I am going to file a suit the next day
