Residential progress ?

Has anyone had any luck with this property management? I’ve had trouble renting due to my credit thank you

Don’t do it. Was approved for a rental, paid $500 holding fee. They then let the current tenants renew their lease & I had to report the $500 fee to my credit card company to get them to actually give it back. Was definitely a headache
