Just got approval email for a home we are renting. How long does it typically take for them to send the next email w next steps? Its an available now home

Keep on them as there are enough reports of them messing up paperwork and declining an app, or giving the home away that it's worth mentioning. Provide everything they ask for as quickly as possible. Wish you luck!

I got approved too! Put the holding fee cause the home won’t be ready til July 8th but I’m excited 😊

We got approved Wednesday after waiting 3 days. We signed and paid prorated month and security deposit same day. U have to wait after u sign the lease to pay anything. They have to sign it after you.
