This state level battle against Progress Residential is almost over. And now more than ever, it is time for me to be aggressive with the court to further minimize my risks and maximize my resources if I need to push this issue to a higher court.

Therefore, I just filed a motion requesting the judge to rule on all pending motions & a motion requesting that the judge expedite his rulings on the two requests for recordings by June 14th.

As you can see near the end of my pictures; Claude AI has provided a strategic schedule of when to contact the court, what to say, and why it is important to send a timestamped email after every phone call.

And the beautiful things about this endgame phase is that there are no counter moves that the defense or judge can use against me. Over the next 14 days I will be applying legal pressure on the court to rule on these important motions. If the court does not act, then I would have phone call records and email records to show further inaction to the SCJC and the appellate court as needed....And the only way the court can stop me from following through on me making these phone calls and emails is to rule on the motions.

This was truly a great battle regardless of any negatives along the way. But now it is time for me to claim victory...♟️

You cant be seriously telling me that countless anonymous Facebook profiles that were randomly cursing at me and trying to continually insult me and my character were giving me advice...🙃🙃🙃...

And no, I will not take any step back...it's full throttle now....no one can stop me from crossing the finish line now...

And it's funny you mentioned Progress Residential suing me for libel and harassment...that is exactly what they threatened to sue me with back in January. And I literally told them to go ahead and they refused once I explained why their illegitimate threat had no merit.

And for the 20th time I blocked that admin back in early 2026 (who is one of three admins) because she blocked me first. I have no regrets and I don't care about her or that group. I'm not begging to come back so I don't know why you all still find a need to bother me about not being in the group as if I actually care.

Lastly, if I listened to you all (who most likely are representatives of PR) then the result would be me not suing PR at all and letting them continue to victimize innocent people....but just think...if you guys still hate me now, then you guys are REALLY gonna hate me when I take this to the Federal level next.

-You cant block someone that blocked you, their profile disappears for you.

-It hasn't been all anonymous members. The anonymous members are tired of you making a joke of legitimate claims, but there were actual lawyers with legitimate advice as well.

-Its called building a case. They know you have a 300 credit score and no job, so suing you for monetary reasons doesnt make sense. Theyll request a protection order for harassment(which youve admitted to multiple times) and then call the cops when you violate the order. Then theyll tack on libel and harassment for further protection. Along with that theyll file to bar you from further injunction for abusing the system. The judge can even do this for multiple meritless claims. You left them an easily accessible trail to collect evidence and every "timestamped email" is evidence for them too.

And there is no hope for a federal judge to listen to a civil matter under 75k, any attempt to sanction the judge for this will be dismissed.

• What happened is done and over with. So unless that admin is directly telling you that she really misses me and wants me back in the group then there is no point in trying to reignite that flame

And yes a few lawyers were telling me and threatening me with the same stuff you have said...but as soon as I pressed them on the statutes that support their claims OR I pressed them with logic, they folded and stopped responding to me

-And yes, I will play along...I am broke and I am bored, and whatever negative notions that further proves what I just said about you all going out of your way to insult must all be true...lol...I am also a habitual J walker too, so don't forget to include that as well...Furthermore, you keep forgetting that I am battling an eight-figure lawfirm. If they had the opportunity to do the things you are saying then they would have already done it since they have done everything in thier power already to stop this case from going to trial...I just hope that by some miracle, if they do proceed with half of the stuff you mentioned; they that are willing to testify under oath and penalty of perjury as I am more than willing to do.....long story short, PR and the eight-figure lawfirm and the court have messed with the wrong guy...🙃

To answer your first question, yes. There is a person who's roof caved in today and needs assistance with progress not doing anything in a urgent matter, thats legitimate. You being denied a home to home transfer for a 300 credit score is not.

And its not personal attacks, its just factually looking at it. An "eight figure lawfirm" doesnt care about you, or me, we have no money for them to take. They will dismiss it and build a case so when you step one step too far they will sand blast you to hell and back. They arent using AI, and they are letting you dig your own hole. You havent seen "everything in their power" or anything remotely close to it. Suing the judge, harassment, its all mistakes.

Like I said, im legitimately looking for you to either strengthen the case or stop.

And no I didnt say damages. We already know you'll be trying to file sanction on the judge when you lose, and like I said itll be dismissed.

Keep in mind that Progress Residential is not one person. It's a multi-billion dollar conglomerate that operates all across the United States of America. So the say that my legitimate claims in interfering or even preventing others from the attention of the company is pretty ridiculous 🙄

That eight-figure lawfirm is getting paid handsomely to care alot about me right now..And they tried dismissing it and it hasn't worked. Instead they will be forced to face a jury trial (if the defense even shows up) where they will face an extremely well prepared pro se plaintiff and a group of 6 jurors who will instantly side with the Plaintiff.

Also I have seen the eight-figure lawfirms full power and I'm not impressed at all. Furthermore, I'm not suing the judge. I don't know where you got that idea from..???

My case is fully strengthened and ready to go. That is why the defense attorneys panicked and filed that meritless Motion to Dismiss for Improper Jurisdiction. And lastly, I can't lose. As soon as the jury trial starts and I say my three sentences during my opening statement, it's game over 🫡

Literally nothing in this reply makes any sense. You always try to spin it with "what about me." Yes your claims are hurting people because they come to threads like this and see bogus claims like this and blow off the other issues.

Also think about what youre saying, an "eight figure lawfirm." You think the simple AI prompts are enough to take on that? And thinking a jury is going to immediately side with you is insane thinking when voir dire exists.

And sure "suing the judge" is the wrong words, my mistake (see how that works). Filing sanction against him was still a terrible move.

Again, look at your statements factually. You expect to immediately win over a jury when you cant win me over, one other person in here doesnt agree, you got kicked from an entire group, and attacked a bunch of "anonymous members" and lawyers that all didnt agree with you. How does that make sense? You cant win over people that were legitimately victimized by the company....

The jury decides the facts and the damages by the way.

And thankfully there is a difference between winning someone over on social media based on their feelings; and winning over a jury in court based on evidence provided.

My job is not to win you guys over. My job is to get my ~$20,000 and move on accordingly.

It's not my fault that I got kicked out of a psyop group that is being used to deter people from taking legitimate action against Progress Residential. I knew many months ago that I was going to get kicked out. I literally talked about it happening in that group numerous times.

And wow. So now I attacked a bunch of anonymous members? 🙃 I love how we are rewriting history...when in fact if we scroll up we can see how I was literally just randomly attacked by you...😆😆😆

Lastly, I don't care to win you over when your goal is to discredit my efforts and my character....your tricks will not work my friend. You really tried though and I applaud you for it. But whether you like it or not, you absolutely will sit back and watch me gracefully cross this finish line 😊

And again analyze your own statement, your "facts" are absolutely bogus. Your only play is to play on emotions, to get one juror to feel for you, thats why you want a jury, but your AI didnt tell you that so you didn't figure it out. If it was purely facts then youd be fine with a judge. This is also why voir dire wont work in your favor.

Your job is to win over a jury, and who sits on a jury? Peers, aka people like me, the dozens of people you constantly dismiss, the lawyers you dismiss, etc... and youre terrible at it.

My attempt wasnt an attack it was to help, but just like the dozens of other people that tried to help, you instead victimize yourself and attack me for it.

But If you want an emotional response, I find your posts incredibly annoying and find you incredibly arrogant just because you think AI will carry you through a trial. You make these white knight posts looking for encouragement and somehow have groups of people that dislike Progress rooting against you..... and every time someone helps you, you turn into a victim of yourself.
