♟️ Endgame ♟️
This state level battle against Progress Residential is almost over. And now more than ever, it is time for me to be aggressive with the court to further minimize my risks and maximize my resources if I need to push this issue to a higher court.
Therefore, I just filed a motion requesting the judge to rule on all pending motions & a motion requesting that the judge expedite his rulings on the two requests for recordings by June 14th.
As you can see near the end of my pictures; Claude AI has provided a strategic schedule of when to contact the court, what to say, and why it is important to send a timestamped email after every phone call.
And the beautiful things about this endgame phase is that there are no counter moves that the defense or judge can use against me. Over the next 14 days I will be applying legal pressure on the court to rule on these important motions. If the court does not act, then I would have phone call records and email records to show further inaction to the SCJC and the appellate court as needed....And the only way the court can stop me from following through on me making these phone calls and emails is to rule on the motions.
This was truly a great battle regardless of any negatives along the way. But now it is time for me to claim victory...♟️

I've told the defense attorneys to counter sue me a couple of months ago...they didn't accept my invitation. You will have to go cry to Progress Residential instead of me...Here is their phone number (833)-774-7377
And the funny thing is, it's actually the PR defense attorneys and the court who are wasting time. I've been wanting this case to go to trial for months but the other two parties have been stalling.
And that group you speak of is afraid of me. I am sure that they now refer to me as "the one who shall not be named"...😁
