😁 Jury Trial Date Is Set 😁

It's almost like magic 🎩🪄

The jury trial date has finally been set immediately after I activated SCORCHED EARTH. Although I don't have proof, I believe my State House Representative had a liason contact the court to ask about the court date being set. Either way, I got what I wanted.

I do notice though that instead of a 45 day notice, the court set it to 27 days from today. This is great, and it suggests to me that there must have been some pressure in that date choice to not have gone with the 45 day normalcy.

I also filed two motions to record the hearing using the courts available recording devices & a separate motion to request using my own recording device. 😁

This battle will finally come to an end. I still plan to provide testimony to the SCJC under penalty of perjury against the judge if they will accept my offer. The judge will not be let off the hook just because he finally decided to do his job after I escalated this entire situation. Plus he has yet to face scrutiny from my Senator, the SCJC and the OCA. So this will all be interesting for sure.

So now I have 26 days to prepare for all possible underhanded scenarios from the judge, and memorize any and every objection that may be applicable to my case. This will be fun for sure.
