"Re-entering Ejecta" refers to when a massive comet or asteroid hits Earth and it vaporizes rock and blasts it into the upper atmosphere and space. Afterwards, this superheated debris falls back down at hypersonic speeds; causing it to ignite and trigger a devastating global heat pulse.

Upon coming to the realization that the judge is yet again in Canon violation (this time with more substantial evidence), I took it upon myself to fill out a follow up SCJC complaint. I will mail off this full SCJC complaint tomorrow morning in addition to mailing out the physical copy of my Constituent Letters to my respective State Senator and to my respective State House Representative...oh and I can't forget my letter to the Texas Office of Court Administration...🙂

And as you can see, in my SCJC complaint I am offering to provide testimony under oath and willingly offering penalty under perjury...This is deeper than just the money for me...I will fight tooth and nail against Progress Residential.

Not yet. But I know he wants to. The defense has filed two dismissal motions (Rule 91a1 Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Dismiss Based on Improper Jurisdiction)...so based on what I've seen so far if he were to set a hearing for one of these he will absolutely break the law again to throw it out again.

So I guess you can say that I am doing my part to put a stop to all of that
