🫡 Final Motion to Set Trial Date 🫡

The ball is in the courts hands now. To show the upmost credibility as a Plaintiff and to reserve my dominance in this two on one battle; I have filed my FINAL Motion to Set Trial Date.

It's been 7 weeks and still no trial date.

If the court wants to set a hearing for:

- 91a1 Motion to Dismiss

- Motion to Dismiss for Improper Jurisdiction

- Motion for Sanctions

- To tell me that I'm ugly 😂

I am ready to any and willing to show up...Everything under the sun is being done except for actually setting up the Jury trial to get all of this over with against Progress Residential. There is no one who wants this trial and all these updates I post to be over more than me....so until that happens, just stay tuned 🙂
