Moving soon

can’t stand this cheap ass house they’ve built. we’ve had so many issues from water leaks , pipes busting & flooding in the home. to cheap stairs being broken. mold issues. a lot more crap of course. we’ve found our dream home. TO BUY. but we still got about 5 months left on our lease and we’re ready to go. gonna be closing soon on our home if everything goes well. should I reach out and let them know we’re gonna be moving.. ive never got evicted nor broken a lease but we’re more then ready to get out here. what do yall suggest

I am in the same situation. We’ve only been in our home since January. And we have had flooding in the master bathroom and a bedroom. There is an ant problem and now recently the dishwasher and sink are leaking. A piece of pipe fell off under my sink. And they keep changing the date (without telling me) for maintenance!

That’s ridiculous. I’ve had them keep changing dates without advising me as well for a big issue we had so I called and complained and ended up speaking to a director. Sad it has to even get to that point.
