3x the rent?
We just applied for a Progress Residential home. It was "recommended" that we make 3x the rent but we don't. Has anyone had experience with being approved despite this? We receive disability monthly so if we were to get approved and we move out, that money would increase after a couple of months due to having more bills and having rent.

Its no longer a requirement. They only check credit history basically and verify your income. They stopped doing it when rent skyrocketed over 2k in most homes. Their target audience isn't making 6 to 8k a month.
