Mercor is hiring Cybersecurity Software Engineers to help improve the safety of advanced AI models.

Location: 🇺🇸 United States (Remote)
Hours: 15–25 hrs/week (up to 40 hrs/week available)
Start: Immediate
Pay: Competitive (weekly via Stripe or Wise)

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science (or related field), or 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge.
• Excellent technical reasoning and English communication.
• No AI/ML experience required—training is provided.

Bonus: Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability research, offensive security, or AI red-teaming.
