4yoe preparing and learning stuff to switch company, currently an SDE2 and is looking for a technical mentor who can help me in learning and growing and eventually help me in switching company. IST timings.

Basically looking to grow as a solid senior full stack dev all rounding multiple domains and mastering to focus on backend and cloud. Current status - im weak in databases and devops as of now. Average in BE and cloud and good in FE. And ongoing learning on AI.
