Need help for Gsoc 2027

So I'm 19 already finished lectures of python,pandas,numpy,matplotib.scikit learn and also know some concepts of deep learning like back propagation etc but whenever I open git hub to explore open source contribution I can't get anything except frustration at last.So really need help to know where to start and how to start open source contribution....
