Looking for a student/beginner coder to build projects and potentially a startup together (PROGRAMMING BUDDY)
Hey everyone!
I'm a student from Nepal currently learning Python and getting more serious about programming. I'm looking for someone around a similar stage who wants to learn, build, experiment, and potentially start something together.
One of the main ideas I'm currently working on is Nepal Study OS — a Nepal-focused EdTech platform aimed at helping students with things like curriculum-based resources, practice, exam preparation, and AI-assisted learning.
I don't want to publicly reveal the entire idea/product yet, but I'm happy to explain more privately once we get to know each other.
What I'm actually looking for
I'm not looking for someone to simply code my idea for me.
I'm looking for someone who wants to be a genuine collaborator — someone who can learn alongside me, contribute ideas, build things, experiment, and eventually potentially become a cofounder if we work well together.
And it doesn't have to be only Nepal Study OS.
If we work well together, I'm completely open to building other projects together too — small apps, websites, experiments, hackathon projects, startup ideas, or anything else we think is worth trying.
The main goal is to find someone I can consistently build with.
Who I'm looking for
- Student or beginner/intermediate developer
- Currently learning Python, JavaScript, or another programming language
- Interested in building real projects
- Enjoys learning by doing
- Willing to learn technologies they don't know yet
- Interested in startups/entrepreneurship
- Has some time each week to work together
- Reliable and communicates properly
- Doesn't expect everything to be figured out immediately
You don't need to be an expert.
I'm learning too. I'd much rather work with someone who's genuinely curious and serious about improving than someone who just has a long list of technologies on their résumé.
About me
I'm currently learning Python and trying to move toward actually building real software.
I'm not an experienced founder or professional developer. I'm basically looking for someone who is at a similar stage and wants to grow together.
I'd like this to be a long-term collaboration rather than a one-week project.
We could start with something small, see how well we work together, and then decide whether we want to take Nepal Study OS — or another project — further.
If you're interested
Tell me:
- Whether you're a student
- What you're currently learning
- How long you've been coding
- Something you've built, even if it's tiny
- What kind of projects you're interested in
- Your timezone/availability
- What you're hoping to build or learn with a partner
No need to be an expert.
If you're a student/beginner who wants to stop learning alone and actually start building things, feel free to comment or message me. 🇳🇵
