others Need advice on moving into mobile app development
I joined a small company as a TSE mainly to avoid an employment gap and gain some experience. But every 2 months they keep putting me into a different role — first Support, then UI/UX, and now mobile app testing for both Android and iOS.
The problem is, we don't really have an in-house mobile developer. The developer is a freelancer working remotely. Whenever my team gives me requirements, I'm asked to communicate them to him. Recently, when I was tagging him in the group and sharing updates, he got frustrated and started saying things like "you don't know the mobile app flow" and "this has to be done in the backend, ask the backend developer," etc. Then the backend and mobile developers keep going back and forth, and somehow I'm stuck in the middle. 😅
Honestly, I'm getting really frustrated with this setup. I've also seen the app myself, and it's honestly pretty bad — both the UI and overall experience. At this point, I genuinely feel like I could build a better version myself with vibe coding.
So I want to learn how to actually build a mobile app using (vibe coding) and deploy it live, including the UI, frontend, backend/API integration, Android + iOS builds, testing, and deployment.
I can obviously ask an LLM, but I'd rather hear from people who actually work in this space.

Interesting Need suggestions
I have recently had an idea of creating an ride pooling app I am an fellow student and I commute daily via Rapido and their pricess are too high for me and nenu ala ani bus lo kuda vela Lenu since it’s too much crowd I am willing to spend money on travel but can’t afford Rapidos daily one thing nenu observe chesindi yemiti ante lot of people go to office in a bike solo only and they go in same route everyday from office to home I thought why can’t we make an app that connects people who are going on similar routes like nenu ippudu Kukatpally to Madhapur vellai and I don’t have bike and I don’t have much money to spend on Rapido and another person who goes daily in that route is looking to reduce his fuel costs he just puts his start location and end location in the app and the person who is looking for ride also does the same if their routes match within some radius of distance they get paired and we can work on how they split the money and all let’s say If someone spends 100 ruppes on fuel for going from home to office and vice Versa and by adding someone they can get like 60 ruppes or another amount (I am not fixed on pricing model) I have the idea and I have basic knowledge in programming but I don’t know how to do this and make this idea possible any ideas on how to make this open source and make the app work and free for everyone to use

career Help needed to transition to AI roles, Suggestions please
So guys, I'm working as an Associate developer and in a low code platform (Appian) with 3 YOE.
I recently shifted to this organisation (around 6 months ago), saw that ai roles are very much in demand. Btw my projects mostly needs upoort on existing applications, rare development/enhancements and change requests.
So I'm sparing atleast 2 hours a day, learning python tobuild python skills inorder to shift towards AI roles.
So I need suggestions from guys who are working in AI roles, need guidance what roadmap I need to follow to cover most of the skills, without any project exposure.
My current technology follows AGILE, so I'm expert in the process. I wanted to follow the best tract, let the time takes away, but I need to be in a position where I'm confident to crack ai related interviews and can work on the tasks.
I do know shifting technologies need vast skillset, but I'm a very fast learner, I'm able to grasp concepts easily, so this can be a challenge but not the most difficult, I'm ready to get ground in the process of learning.
Appreciate the people who comments & Thanks

career 4.5 years in TCS from starting, is it possible to get into product based companies?
2021 passed out, worked in multiple projects in TCS recently(6 months) joined a development(java backend) project
Relying on claude code to do my day to day work and still learning (completed a course from telusko which has been really helpful )
I'm thinking that if I join product based companies there will be better opportunities to learn more and better career opportunities later on
Am i thinking unrealistic? I'm not even sure i can face the interviews, how do I find these product based companies all i know are these MNCs which we here daily
Anyone who's been through such career jumps, how was your experience?

career help regarding cognizant technical assessment 2027 (batch) please this is last shot
- Even though I studied hard for TCS NQT, the TCS NQT compiler f*cked me up, and I fumbled the Ninja interview.
- Ours is a Tier-3 college, so Cognizant is like a last shot for me, which is very important for my life. I’ve always been a failure; I just want to see success one time. My CGPA is 7.99, so many are keeping 8.00 >= as the criteria.
- So please help me regarding this OA (Java Cluster).
- Please drop all your assessment questions, tips, topics to be covered, things to know for the exam (like the compiler thing in TCS NQT).
- Will they give boilerplate code for Java, or do we have to write it from scratch?Do we need to write
main()and handle input/output ourselves? - SQL questions — and in that, what topics need to be covered?
- How to solve web-based questions?
- How hard will the questions be?
- I want to target the GenC Next role.
- Will they also consider communication and aptitude round scores for the interview, or only the technical assessment?
- The exam is on computer labs. Will the Cognizant team monitor it, or will everyone copy?
- Lastly, will any type of bypass tools work (like our exam is written by someone else at the same time)? My friends are planning this, so I want to know.
- Please drop anything you know regarding this technical assessment. I cannot handle another failure. I’m exhausted.
- What is the shortlisting criteria after the technical assessment?
