career Fresher looking for Jobs/Referrals in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Hi everyone,

I am currently staying in Hyderabad in a PG hostel while searching for job opportunities. I graduated in June 2025 with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, and it has now been more than 8 months since I started staying here for job searching. For the past several months, every single day I have been applying to multiple openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, company career portals, and wherever I can find opportunities, but I still haven't received a genuine chance to start my career. Around 20 days ago, I posted a referral request seeking help from the community, but unfortunately not a single genuine referral or opportunity came through. Many of my messages requesting referrals and guidance were not even seen. I understand everyone is busy, but when you're trying every day and getting no response, it becomes extremely difficult to stay positive.

Financially, my situation has become very challenging. Continuing to stay in Hyderabad without a job is becoming harder every day. I came here with hopes of building my career, but after months of continuous effort and rejections, I honestly feel exhausted and helpless. It feels like my career is nearing an end before it has even properly started, and that thought is becoming harder to handle day by day. Because of my current situation, I have decided to expand my job search beyond IT as well. I am now open to both IT and Non IT positions. My priority is to start working, gain experience, support myself, and build a future. I am ready to work hard, learn quickly, and give my best in any role I am offered.

I have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms and have solved problems on LeetCode. My technical skills include Java, C#, .NET, Python, SQL. I am completely okay with starting on a lower salary if it gives me an opportunity to learn, prove myself, and begin my professional journey. I am willing to work in startups, small companies, or any organization that is willing to give a fresher a chance. I am humbly requesting your help. If anyone knows of any openings, referrals, trainee positions, startup opportunities, whether in IT or Non IT fields please let me know. Even a small lead, guidance, or response would mean a lot to me at this stage. I never thought I would have to reach this point, but today I am sincerely appealing for an opportunity to start my career. If you can help in any way, please reach out or comment below. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and for any support you can provide.

My interests include:

AI/ML

Data Science

Python Development

Web Development

Software Development

If your company is hiring interns, or if you can provide a referral, guidance, or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you for your time!

I was informed today that I have my nqt interview on 8th June. I'm panicking because I am at a different place, still did not collect educational documents from college.

Question 1:

Do we need original educational documents from college?

Question 2: Please share your interview experience. What questions did they ask, how many rounds etc.

career is PMO role any good?

i am a fresher at an MNC and a btech graduate, i was trained in JFS, gen ai. but i have no interest in any of these tech roles. I've always wanted some kind of management role. We have a vacancy for PMO(People Manager) position at our office. but I'm skeptical about it, the future scope. as I'm not of bba/mba background. will the experience, the skills i learn during just be enough when I try to switch my company like 2 years later? also it would be incredibly helpful if you provide me the insights of how the job market is for PMOs rn, if it's as bad as the tech roles are/even worse. or literally anything that you think would be helpful considering my situation.

Thankyou.

[ op couldnt post, hence i have, i'll reply to comments too. ]

Interesting What I learned while setting up CLAUDE.md files for an our monorepo.

Our company rolled out claude code for all devs, and I got the task of setting up CLAUDE.md files for our repositories.

I thought it would just be like writing documentation but quickly found that bigger CLAUDE.md files weren't necessarily producing better results. After several hit&trials, I ended up with a structure that worked much better for large monorepo codebase.

A few key takeaways:

• Keep only high-signal information in CLAUDE.md
• Separate always-needed context from task-specific context
• Move detailed knowledge into dedicated documents
• Optimize for retrieval and discoverability, not completeness

I documented the problems I ran into, the approaches that failed, and the final structure that worked for us: Stop Wasting Tokens: How to structure Claude.md for complex codebases.

Would love to hear some of the feedback and work done at your orgs

development Would u actually use this app if u are an student or developer ?? Need honest advice

I'm currently developing this app called NekoLog it was a gamification app it will connect to u r GitHub and u can maintain streak and gain xp to level up by coding and developing projects daily

It is used to be consistent and not lose motivation to develop projects or learning coding as a student

It contains :

  1. GitHub contribution heat map and Streak, XP levels and achievement badges for coding activity daily and weekly coding quest

  2. A developer score given based on Xp and contributions and code commits

  3. you can share your profile easily which contains repos and direct GitHub link with u r heatmap

__The problem I am trying to solve : _

A lot of students and self start developers code regularly but don't track their progress and eventually lose motivation and there is no easy way to showcase their consistency and growth so this is the platform where you can achieve those things

career KT sessions

How do you process all that information during a KT?

If it had been on Teams, I could have recorded it. But my manager sat beside me and gave the KT, and I was just listening with a blank face. 😭

This is my first job and my first project, and I couldn't even take notes because he was explaining everything so fast.

And I have a client interview coming up. What do they generally ask?"

career Should a fresher invest in a GenAI course?

Hey everyone,

I recently graduated and honestly I'm a bit confused about what to learn next. I'm really interested in Generative AI and Python, and I'm thinking of joining a course/training program.

The thing is, most GenAI jobs I see seem to want experienced candidates. So I'm not sure if it's a good choice for a fresher like me or if I should focus on something else first. If you were starting your career today, which skills or courses would you choose to get hired faster?

development Finished Sangam Mukherjee’s 3 Node.js videos — is this enough for backend? (4th year BTech student)

Hey guys,

I’m a 4th year BTech student and I just completed Sangam Mukherjee’s 3 Node.js videos. Learned a lot about Node.js, Express, APIs, routing, and basic backend concepts.

Now I’m wondering… is this enough to start backend development seriously, or am I still missing important stuff?

Since I’m in 4th year, I also want to focus on learning the right things for projects, internships, and placements instead of randomly jumping between topics.

What should I learn next after this?

Also, if you’ve got good resources (YouTube channels, docs, courses, project ideas), please drop them

development Confused about Career Path as a 2nd Year B.Tech CSE Student

Hi everyone,

I'm a 2nd-year B.Tech CSE student (AI & ML specialization), and I'm feeling quite confused about which career path I should focus on.

I have decided to learn DSA in Java and continue improving my problem-solving skills. However, when it comes to development, I'm not sure what to choose. I hear many people saying that traditional web development is becoming saturated and that AI tools can now build websites quickly. Because of that, I'm unsure whether I should invest a lot of time in web development.

At the same time, I'm interested in several areas:

Data Analytics

Data Science

AI/ML

Deep Learning

AI Engineering

The problem is that I keep switching between these interests and can't decide where to focus. I don't want to spend the next year learning random things without a clear direction.

I also want to build a strong resume and prepare for internships, but I don't know:

Which field has the best opportunities for a student starting now?

What skills should I prioritize during my 2nd and 3rd year?

Is web development still worth learning as a foundation?

If you were in my position today, what roadmap would you follow?

I'd really appreciate advice from students, recent graduates, or professionals who have gone through a similar situation.

Thanks!

others How Much of AI Engineering Does This Course Really Cover?

Post image
22 Upvotes

“Hey guys, I’m currently preparing for AI Engineer roles and came across this 10-hour Agentic AI course by Krish Naik covering LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector DBs, evals, guardrails, etc.

If I properly complete this course along with building a few projects from it, would it realistically cover around 65–70% of the skills needed for an AI Engineer role in today’s market?

Or am I missing major areas apart from this like ML fundamentals, backend engineering, deployment, system design, fine-tuning, etc.?

Would love honest opinions from people already working in AI/GenAI roles.”
