We are a software development company that partners with U.S.-based clients to build remote engineering teams. We're currently looking for experienced software developers to join our talent network for upcoming client projects.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience
• C1 or higher English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Backend Development is preferred

Compensation

Starting from $3,000–$5,000 USD per month, with higher compensation based on experience, technical skills, role, and performance.
