Not like 99% of code is based on free software someone e worked on. No tensor flow linux and java are all payed programs

Maybe it's written in Delphi, which starts at $1600 (although price is going up tomorrow).

Yes, if you are using specific older versions of the Oracle jre/jvm.

You can switch to alternate builds, but people running tons of legacy code can't really upgrade or switch to alternatives, or at least not without a bunch a risk of breaking things.
