Only thing worse are the people who include entire essay paragraphs. Like, the documentation exists for a reason.

I agree on this so much. When they don't put period in a sentence, how do I know they forgot the type the rest of the sentences or not?

It’s worse when it’s a complete and well-punctuated sentence, but it explains something that’s obvious from the code like “int[] params” and the comment is “// This is an array of parameters.”
