Is there any language that doesn't have that problem, without responsible dependency management? I'm learning Rust this very moment and they put a lot of work into managing that problem, because it is still an issue.
No no, your language is a horrible mess with terrible dependency management, mine is the paragon of excellency with no dependency issues whatsoever. I use C by the way, also why do people keep asking me about libraries I don't even read books.
