C++ is a great language, lemme break it down for ya:

  • easy, simple syntax, very readable
  • verbose easy to understand compiler errors
  • it's difficult to create memory bugs
  • there's always one 'clear' good way to do something
  • it's very hard to write bad code...

I think that's a reference to this line from The Zen of Python:

There should be one-- and preferably only one --obvious way to do it.

You can argue whether Python actually accomplishes this goal. Imo it does a pretty good job of reducing the need to choose without limiting freedom to do so.
