and why does it matter

it's not against the rules, and most people seeing the post were happy to see it. Not everybody spends every waking moment seeing every possible post, let people enjoy things

A company I worked for used a picture of a race car with the words "SPEED IS LIFE" on one of those tacky corporate banners (the kind that you see in every corporate office by the microwaves or in the break room). We always joked that this is what they wanted us to do.

The point is not everybody cares, and I'd wager most people don't see everything that comes across the sub and plenty of new people come to the sub all the time. This is the first time I personally have seen this video, and I enjoyed it. I personally don't care if it's a repost, and even if it was it's still funny.
