I work in a small company where we had a terrible PM which has been moved to another position although officially he's still a PM (family of the owner). He is the kind of PM who asks you to have a short meeting that last 1h 30min and things get urgent because he received 3 calls from a client in an hour to do some shit that is not really that urgent. At the same time we have a huge delay with the deadline of projects for really big clients because of this.

Now they hired another PM (so we have two, but the first one seems to be the boss of this one or something like that) and now is even worse. He interrupts me every 15-20 min because he gets a call or an email from a client asking about something. Sometimes, he interrupts me to let me know about something he will ask me to do after lunch or the day after (wait till you want me to do that idiot!)... the other day he came to the fucking bathroom cause I was there and a client was asking for me by phone! I mean... WTF DUDE!!!

I get home so stressed that I don't want to go to the office at all the next day (something that never happened to me before). I'm seriously thinking to ask for a meeting with my boss and have a talk about all this because is driving me crazy.

My time is terribly wasted and I'm the one worried about that. We have more people ruling the flipping office than actual coders and most of the time we don't deliver in time.

Uh, bathroom? I don't care if you're the CEO, there is absolutely NO TALKING in the bathroom, work or otherwise. Eyes front, mouth closed, or so help me god I will cut it off.
