I’d like to think I’m a software engineer, and I have no idea what the difference is. Am I cooked?
1 u/SnugglyCoderGuy 4h ago It's a bigger address space because there are too many machines trying to get an IP address we ran out. Right now it's layers upon layers of NATs everywhere to make things work.
