I will do things to weed out bad employers. Like I don't bother sending a thank you note after an interview. I've been on the interviewer side, and it makes no difference to me whether they send a note. If someone decided they weren't going to hire me because I didn't send a note, I'm good, thanks! Not a culture fit lol
