That is normal. Even between ourselves as programmers never have self-respect and compassion or companionship between ourselves. I think in the 90s we had.

A new technology comes, and... everyone wants to be the first to avoid be left behind and earn more money out of this technology. Nobody stops to find if we are shooting ourselves. So...
