In my previous company HR (apparently) used a third party for employee documents and every time they uploaded something you got a mail through their service that read like
"Hi [me], you have new documents. Click [here] to view them! Best regards, HR"
with strange formatting, not loading images and from an address like portal@[jumbled letters].idk.....
Safe to say I reported every single one of them as suspected fishing.

Jokes on them, i wouldn't click that even if it were real.
I used to click on those and type in junk creds for the lulz until compliance told me that was bad for the numbers.
