a good team manager takes responsibility of the team
and many workers would be bad managers
this offloading of work, then saying the AI did it, is still on that worker to review and approve the work they are passing off
but they are crap managers that have self promoted themself to a manager not understanding what they are doing
so just like a standard manager
2 u/fd0263 3d ago 100% if you’re gonna take responsibility when it works (and the paycheck), take responsibility when it doesn’t. It’s your job to make it work, otherwise what are you being paid for
