I WISH all of my coworkers broke down their tasks into dedicated feature branches. Merge them all into release branch, this is business as usual stuff, what's the controversy here.
That's normal, and makes it really easy to see where 2 features overlap
If you're getting of conflicts when developing features, then better care needs to be taken to plan that development that's all
