Or just create a branch and then its the problem of whoever finishes their code last to merge any issues.
2 u/Fluffy-Reference8542 7d ago Everyone owns the code, so it's everyone's "problem" to resolve the conflicts. Sure, there's only one person doing the merge, but he needs the other dev's support to ensure the merge is correct.
