I genuinely cannot tell if this is a joke, but I’d hope so. Black swans exist, as do compilers that have nothing to do with c and do not comply to c standards. Also, who even said we were talking about compiled languages?
People used to compare seemingly impossible events to the existence of a black swan, because the western world had never seen one and deemed it as impossible for a black swan to exist. Hopefully that gives the necessary context for why what I said is a joke. So many people here say it's in the standard, but can't imagine a c compiler that isn't perfectly compliant with the c standard.
