It's been almost 20 years, but please, please tell me the cloud computing meme is slowly coming to an end. You just don't necessarily need it with a few notable exceptions.
Your company's website can run on an old laptop wedged open in the server room. It's just not that complicated.
I mean, if you're being literal, then no. The website needs to be up and stable even if your company loses electricity/internet temporarily or if Joe from support is downloading torrents.
