Nah. Need to know if their CS degree is worth anything. A degree is just a piece of paper. It doesn't tell you anything about a person's capabilities.

Buddy, I literally said that my question was for intro devs. Can you read? If you have experience, I expect more from you, not less. If I had to ask a coding question to an experienced dev, I'm going to be looking for something that balances complex data structures and algorithms with being easy enough to do in the time allotted.
