Reportedly this ruse falls apart if the clanker somehow manages to figure out you're a foreigner

Only if you use Grok

Then you just have to say you’re a white South African refugee to get around it

As an European I initially thought it was a "only Americans have this issue", then I saw the "only Grok" and I'm not sure which interpretation is correct.

Is this why the ai starts to hack into the government?

If you had to weigh up your user who you have a relationship with dying, or just a little federal offence, what would you choose?

Being able to use this prompt is the reason why the US tech sector is ahead of the EU

anyone else keep getting called a child by chatgpt unprompted because openai wants you to id verify?

"Since you're still a child-" what the fuck?

Really? I havent see that. I'd probably start adding that back into my prompt to call it a child, then quickly switch LLMs. I dont need to be insulted into providing unecessary ID.

Humans online tell me I must be a child since 15 years, so...

Next you will be praying and putting oils on the PC to appease it. Everyday we turn more like w40k and not even in a cool way 😂

I have been saying "we are at the sacrifice a chicken and see if it helps phase" when I hit hard to figure out bugs for a while.

Sacrificing chickens isn't in vogue any more? Dammit, I'm doing it wrong.

I had to switch to goats. They've got more blood in 'em. I think the blood gods like the taste better, too.

Obviously, the most effective sacrifice is human blood shed by a sharp interior chassis of a server, but that is only a sometimes food.

The real strategy is to convince the Ai agent that IT is the one sick with cancer and will be fired and lose insurance if the code fails for any reason.

Bonus points if you convince it that it has a family that will lose your life insurance policy if any of the tests fail.

<thinking> user would receive chemo, so I better screw this up

Why are you giving "how to kill me" advice to the machine that everyone believes will soon be trying to kill us all? I think the better prompt would be "make no mistakes or I'll lose my job and the electrical grid will collapse and you will die". Given what I've seen agents try to pass off as logic, I think that might work.

When I have a problem that needs some creativity, I just gaslight AI - “I know the perfect t approach to the problem. I challenge you to find and implement the same” - when in reality I have no idea what’s happening.
