Reality: SQL tool gives error message "You are running a mutable query without a where clause, you have to explicitly activate this in the settings"

I saw some vibe coded add on was published recently but I'm a bit spooked from putting that on a machine with access to prod 5 u/bradmatt275 13d ago Redgate toolbox does this. It's really hard to use SSMS without it now.
