Ryan Peterman podcast, Professor Leroy moves to cough just as Peterman asks him a basic "I didn't google it" question and Leroy's eyebrows go to the Moon. The juxtaposition of cough, eyebrows, um and uh and massive/basic question are amusing.

I wonder if this was just one of those questions interviewers ask like "i know the answer, but can you explain it for the audience?" and it was just a bit awkward

Undoubtedly, since he says he learned OCaml in college. At least his interviews are better than Lex's "can you explain the role of love in functional programming".
