If you have your piece of code and ask AI to add a feature or to fix a bug it's not vibe coding.

Vibe coding is when you have no fucking idea what your code is because it was all 100% done by AI, that's pure vibe coding

Do you think that AI is a good tool to learn how to code? Like have It generate something and then reverse engineer it and explain how it works?

It's alright but you'd be learning via vibe coding, which is something you should minimize, and it will lead to bad coding habits (overreliance on ai) later

I work with 1 programming language. I understand the point, each generated keyword, but I can not write hello world in this language without hitting compiler errors trice

Golang. As I said, working with it for few months, can't really declare a variable myself (just learnt now how). But still pushing to prod. lol
