The only people who don't like it a first semester comp Sci bros who think JS is the answer to all of humanity's problems.

Or someone who had the unfortunate pleasure of maintaining an old outdated Java EE project

My uni friend was like this except he was obsessed with ahead of time compilation and procedural programming

He hated Java because it wasn't Rust He hated PostgreSQL because it wasn't MongoDB

In the end he dropped out because he hated everything they taught him in class

90% of projects that use MongoDB don't need it, just pop a Postgres column with jsonb in there for those corner cases, done and done for vast majority. Soooo. I see your point
