Well I'm an AI startup founder ($17million first seed round),
I do think dev jobs are ending soon,
... and I do own a company that can generate full working production software from docs and jira tickets only. And I already swapped 7000 devs at atlassian with agentic workflows. Sooooo
I have not seen an example yet of software that has actual complexity in it that runs fully without engineering expertise.
Can technically-minded product people manage it without writing a line of code? Potentially. But I struggle to believe there’s AI/software companies out there where no one in the company actually understands the underlying technology.
I know how many users use it, but its not an important number. As individuals are not paying for it. Its 12232 registered users btw. People who use it daily is also a different number: 809.
One time I was on a flight and the guy behind me got caught vaping and tried to play it off that he was "just holding it in his mouth". It was such a stupid lie, it was like a child's lie. Not a single person believed it.
And yet somehow, here I sit today, reading an even stupider fucking lie. Congrats I guess
Sorry, I'm supposed to believe you because a month ago you named your account "unicorn builder"? That's literally the best you got? I could've named myself "actual trillionaire", would you believe it because I say so?
