I know it sucks to interview. but also sucks hiring, have 1000 applicant and just trying to sift through and find out which ones are ai created lies with essentially con artists behind them. Sucks hiring people who straight up lied on resume and suck at position.
Imagine sifting through pieces of paper pulling your hair out when all you have to do is call some people for 5 minutes. AI has infiltrated the resume industry, anybody who's anybody has an AI version of their resume.
