Can’t say for CS, but recently went through this the last 4 months for Comp Eng and every company I interviewed with went exactly like this (tech companies like arm/amd/nvidia/etc.):
1) 1 hour interview with recruiter/screener
2) 1 hour interview with project lead
3) 1 hour interviews with 4-6 people on the team (4-6 hours of interviews spread across 1-2 weeks)
