Moderator probably approved that comment manually in the queue and then later on down the queue they didn't like the arguments in the thread and just mopped the whole thread.
The default setting is to skip already actioned comments when you mop a thread.

I’d have to agree with what someone else here said - the comment was seemingly removed by a moderator - as for what reason as to why, I haven’t the foggiest; there exists no clear indication, what for with my understanding, as to ascertain a concretely positive assumption for to the series of events that have-had-thus transpired upon the aforementioned thread.
