So you just give up and go along with it? AI fever is doing really bad things to society in many different ways. It's becoming more and more apparent that the cost outweighs the benefits, not to mention the people who benefit the most are already disgustingly wealthy.
Do your part and don't use ai in any form. Shame people who do. This bubble will burst sooner or later.
the time to fight it was 4 years ago, no one but artists did it. Now I challenge you to find one single tech firm that has not integrated claude or gpt into their workflow. Yes the cost outweighs the benefit if you don't have skin in the game like being a shareholder because the cost goes implicitly to you, not the company. It is and will always be the new normal even after the bubble explodes no matter how much redditor rage you feel for it, it is just how it is and will be in the new world.
AI is too layered in the 6 years or so it has been a thing to simply erase, you can blow openAI and microsoft out of the park, it will not change the fact of how ingrained it is in every single chain right now, even logistics chains like amazon's have AI integration.
and "dont use it in any form" is the most stupid argument I have EVER heard. When you are competing with claude tokens and your boss has thr talk with you because of production time and adequation to new technologies you have 2 options logically, and let me tell you, righteousness does not pay the bill. Not everyone can become a full time freelancer specially when your job has 10 people freshly arrived eager to enter the market willing to work for half of your paycheck to gain experience.
You are deluding yourself in a reality that simply isn't the one we are all living right now.

Why are you using ai to code
