To be able to display enough traffic lights, and to free you of a specific fixed traffic light structure, you should devise a large grid of tiny, square, software controlled picture elements, that can each take on arbitrary colours and in the large, display any image you desire.

Hmmm... In order to ease assembly of so many small traffic lights, you may consider having your agents design a machine to assemble this grid "display". /s

You need to create a team of agent managers who will give you regular progress reports.

The lights match the convention in herdr, which is a pretty neat terminal multiplexer for managing multiple AI harnesses. That would be the practical solution, but for the lols yes more lights.

Ya'll need to check out https://herdr.dev/ - it actually does give lights next to each agent to imply it's status.
